Follow these step-by-step instructions to activate your Accu-Chek Connect online portal account through your mobile device.
Start by selecting Share Your Data Online from the Start Up menu and select Create Account.

Provide the additional details requested and tap Next.
Select your Therapy Type and, unless you use insulin, select Next.
If you use insulin, provide additional information on the screens that appear and tap Save. You will be returned to the Therapy Type screen. Select Next to continue.
An e-mail will be sent to confirm and activate your account.
Wait―you're almost signed up. You just need to confirm your e-mail address.
Check your e-mail. Open the message with subject line "Welcome to Accu-Chek® Connect online."
Click the first link to complete your registration and activate your account.
More Help: Don’t see the email?
First, check your e-mail "spam" or "junk" folder. For Gmail, it's down the folder list near "trash." Other e-mail systems will generally place it toward the bottom near sent and deleted messages, too.
If you still can't find the e-mail, there may be a firewall preventing message delivery. If you’re using a work e-mail, check with your IT administrators about e-mail policies. Or try using a different, personal e-mail.
When your account is activated, you will be taken back to the Accu-Chek Connect App already logged in and data will begin transferring from your app to the online account. If you are not logged in, confirm your username and password and tap Login. Tap Back to return to the Start Up Wizard.
The app screen shows a checkmark when you've successfully activated your account.
To reduce data usage by your mobile phone, you can choose whether you send any photos you attach to your your records over Wifi or the Mobile Network. This option is available any time you sign into the portal from the app.
If you select Wifi, photos will be held and synced with the online portal when your phone is connected to a wifi network.
Blood glucose results and other information from your app will now automatically be sent to the portal. Sign into the Accu-Chek Connect online portal anytime, anywhere to see all of your data.
You're all connected. Congrats!
Now you can start doing more with other time-saving features. Continue taking charge of your diabetes care with the Do More section.
