  • Ask your healthcare professional for their Accu-Chek Connect Online Portal Office Account Name, so you can send an invitation to view your data.

    Log into your account, then follow these step by step instructions.

  • If you have your healthcare provider’s Office Account Name, go to Profile » Share My Data.

    Haven’t signed up for your free Accu-Chek Connect online portal account? You can set it up by following the step-by-step instructions in the Accu-Chek Connect app. Visit this page for help.

  • If you're currently sharing with any offices, they will appear on this page.

    Click + Add in the top right to invite a healthcare provider.

  • Enter the Office Account Name in the field, and click OK on the right.

  • Confirm that you want to share your data by clicking OK in the Confirm data sharing box.

  • Your Share My Data screen will now show that your invitation is Pending. When your healthcare professional accepts the invitation, this will change to Sharing.

  • Your healthcare professional can also send you the invitation to share data if they have your e-mail address. Open the message and click the link (you may have to sign in to see the invitation).

  • Click OK.

  • Remember that you always have control over your data – you’re the only one who can allow access.

    To stop sharing your portal with a healthcare professional, return to the Share My Data page and click the trash can icon at the end of the row with the office name.

  • Confirm that you want to stop sharing data by clicking OK in the Stop sharing Data box.
